Classes

Yoga Flow with Tanya is a 60 minute class for all levels of yogis. Beginner, intermediate and advanced yogis will feel comfortable on their mat with Tanya guiding them through their yoga practice. As a yoga instructor, Tanya takes the time to explain each pose and demonstrate any poses that may be new to a student. She truly enjoys watching her students grow their practice and become stronger yogis.

Each class is thoughtfully structured to enhance flexibility, build strength, improve balance, promote wellbeing and relaxation.
